Delivery

Orders are dispatched on weekdays using Royal Mail Tracked services. You will receive tracking details once your order has been sent.

In stock pieces are usually dispatched within a few working days. Bespoke or custom made jewellery can take longer, depending on the design and workload at the time. We will always give you a clear time frame before work begins.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods and holidays.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition.

Bespoke, custom made or personalised pieces are non refundable unless faulty.

To arrange a return or exchange, please get in touch before sending your item back so we can guide you through the process.

Jewellery Care

Sterling silver is designed to be worn and enjoyed. To keep your jewellery looking its best, store it in a dry place when not in use and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals.

A soft polishing cloth will help maintain shine and remove natural tarnish. If you are unsure how to care for a specific piece, just ask.

Repairs and Aftercare

We are happy to advise on resizing, small repairs or general aftercare. If your jewellery needs attention, contact us with a description and photo where possible, and we will let you know the next steps.
